All homeowners in Providence and Eagle's Pointe are members of the Providence Property Owners Association. The Annual Assessment is paid by all members, both single family homes and patio homes. Patio homes within Providence community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Quarterly Assessment, funding patio home landscape and grounds maintenance, and its own budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of patio homes are Members of the Providence Property Owners Association and pay the Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements.
